Bruges & Brussels

Brent and I went to Bruges Oct 17th and 18th. It was such charming city!! Bruges has a lot of canals with buildings right on the water. We did a boat tour and I took a lot of awesome photos.

We walked around the city, tried a few restaurants and went on a brewery tour.(http://www.halvemaan.be/en/home) We both enjoyed the tour and learned quite a bit about the brewing process. Now we see this beer all over!

This was by far my favorite city/trip so far. Very relaxing and such a fun little town to spend time in.

Delicious Belgium Chocolate!



On Sunday we stopped in Brussels on our way home. We walked around and had a Belgium waffle and a couple beers. Were only here a few hours and then headed back to Amsterdam. We were both glad that this was just a day trip and that we stayed longer in Bruges.

Overall a very FUN weekend. Very thankful for this experience to travel with Brent.
